HaGefen Complex

HaGefen Complex in Herzliya is a large-scale urban renewal project comprising 8 residential buildings, approximately 400 residential units, and approximately 20 retail units. The complex spans approximately 45,000 sqm of residential space and approximately 1,800 sqm of retail space, combining a modern residential environment with public spaces and resident amenities, including a cinema room, gaming room, gymboree, fitness center, co-working spaces, landscaped areas, two municipal gardens, a resident parking structure, and a commercial parking structure.

Upon Natoon HOME's entry into complex management, an operations and maintenance system was established, including a complex manager, a maintenance worker, and a cleaning team. As part of the process, work procedures were defined, a professional vendor system was established, and ongoing maintenance was implemented for building systems and public spaces.

Managing a large residential complex comprising multiple buildings, extensive public spaces, and retail areas requires complex operational coordination and the maintenance of a high service level for residents.
