Natoon Operations & Maintenance has been managing, maintaining, and operating the Ramla Government Campus for over 25 years. Support began at the construction stage, including assistance in understanding the building's needs, establishing supporting systems, and addressing construction deficiencies, and continues with ongoing management that includes preventive, planned, and proactive maintenance of all site systems.

The site is characterized as an active, high-traffic government building, requiring full functional continuity, high availability, and service to a wide public. In addition, the building is aging, requiring ongoing management of natural wear, system renewal, and infrastructure upgrades to keep pace with technological advancements, while adhering to government procedures and stringent standards.

Natoon Operations & Maintenance operates a dedicated maintenance system at the site, comprising a permanent team of maintenance and cleaning staff, alongside management of critical systems such as elevators, electrical, water, HVAC, and safety. The company carries out upgrades and adaptations as required by each government ministry, while providing rapid response, maintaining the building's integrity, and ensuring full functional continuity.
