BSR City, Petah Tikva

BSR City in Petah Tikva is one of the largest mixed-use complexes in Israel, comprising office towers, a large-scale commercial center, and underground parking structures. As part of the site's operations, Natoon Group provides cleaning and operational services for the complex's public areas as well as office spaces.

The primary challenge of the project is the operational management of a large-scale complex that includes hundreds of offices, public areas, an active commercial center, and large parking structures, while maintaining a high service level and operational continuity throughout all hours of activity.

The Group operates a large cleaning system at the site, comprising dozens of staff in public areas and additional teams in the offices. Operations are based on a clear division of responsibility zones, structured work plans, and ongoing supervision, enabling stable operational support across all areas of the complex.
