Acro Savyon

Management at the Acro Savyon site includes ongoing operations of existing offices, alongside construction and occupancy works for additional offices. A permanent team operates at the site, including cleaning, security and patrol, maintenance staff, and management company offices. Operations are carried out with strict attention to safety, appearance, and service standards, as well as ongoing operations of complex systems including HVAC, fire suppression, electrical, and smart control systems.

The primary challenge of the project is the day-to-day management of an active office complex alongside ongoing construction and occupancy works. Added to this are operational complexities arising from the scale of the spaces, movement of employees and visitors, and the management of complex technical systems, while maintaining a high service level, safety, and appearance.

The Group has deployed a permanent operational team of over 20 staff across maintenance, cleaning, security, and patrol, and implements ongoing maintenance procedures for HVAC, electrical, fire suppression, and control systems, alongside continuous supervision and oversight. This combination enables stable complex operations even during challenging periods, while maintaining uniform professional standards.
